John Sullivan OBE 23rd December 1946 – 23rd April 2011 R.I.P

Some really sad news today, John Sullivan, writer of one of the best british comedy shows, Only Fools and Horses, has died at the age of 64, which is no age. According to BBC News he had been suffering from an illness.

This is such a crying shame, John Sullivan was a superb writer who could not only deliver excellent comedy moments, but also knew how to pull at the heart strings of his audience. His latest work, a second Rock and Chips (which focuses on the youth of his greatest creation Del Boy) is to be shown on BBC soon.

John not only wrote Only Fools and Horses, but he also brought us the classic comedy Citizen Smith which i loved when i was younger.
